Amanda Bueffel

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Amanda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, grief, family concerns, and life transitions. Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, she takes a collaborative approach that helps clients explore their emotions, relationships, and personal stories while building on their existing strengths. Amanda is especially passionate about working with couples, including partners navigating neurodivergence, and welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities.

John Mazarella

Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III, Master Addiction Counselor

John is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 16 years of experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, addiction, and relationship challenges. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, ACT, CBT, DBT, and other approaches, he helps clients explore what may be getting in the way of change and discover their capacity for healing and growth. His background in counseling and pastoral ministry shapes his respect for each client’s unique story, values, relationships, and spiritual background.

Dunya Cope

Licensed Professional Counselor

Dunya is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sexuality and intimacy, grief, life transitions, and neurodivergence. With specialized training in Somatic Experiencing and NARM, she takes a curious, compassionate approach to helping clients build resilience, explore their authentic selves, and create lives and relationships aligned with their values. She provides LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care and is kink- and non-monogamy-affirming.

Julia Carr

Professional Counselor Associate

Julia is a Professional Counselor Associate who provides counseling for youth ages 8+ and adults. With a background in school counseling and more than six years of experience in therapeutic settings, she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional concerns. Julia takes a warm, strengths-based, person-centered approach, creating a supportive space where clients can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.

Caeleigh Iverson

Professional Counseling Associate

Caeleigh is a Professional Counselor Associate who works with adolescents and adults experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She believes counseling is a collaborative process, empowering clients to recognize their strengths, clarify their goals, and move toward lasting healing. Drawing from Narrative and Existential Therapy, Caeleigh creates a warm, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and grow with confidence. As a biracial (White/Diné) clinician, she is passionate about providing culturally informed care that honors each person's unique story and values.

Garrett Wheeler

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Garrett provides therapy for children, teens, and adults, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges while building resilience and strengthening relationships. Drawing on his experience as a school-based therapist, special education instructor, and youth development professional, Garrett uses evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support clients in developing the skills they need to thrive at home, school, work, and in their communities.

Virginia "Ginna" Kayser

Clinical Social Work Associate

Ginna works with children ages 4–14 and their families, helping young clients build on their natural strengths and develop the tools they need to thrive. Drawing on the healing power of play, relationships, creativity, and connection with the natural world, Ginna provides a supportive and nurturing environment where children can grow and heal. She also partners closely with parents, helping strengthen family relationships and secure attachments through a strengths-based approach that builds on what families are already doing well.

Jazmin Otegui

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jazmin works with children, teens, and young adults ages 6–24, helping them navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, she creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build on their strengths and develop practical tools for growth.

Stacey Berry

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Stacey is driven to provide high-quality mental health care based in understanding your experience and circumstance. He is committed to providing affordable care to all adults. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner he worked for 10 years as a medical social worker and crisis mental health. His primary responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation/diagnosis and medication management.

Allie Brown

Marriage and Family Therapy Associate

Allie works with children (ages 5+), teens, adults, couples, and families, helping clients navigate life's challenges while building stronger connections with themselves and others. Using a blend of Child-Centered Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and relationship-focused approaches, Allie creates a supportive space where clients can explore emotions, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth. She believes people are inherently capable of change and partners with clients at their own pace to help them build healthier relationships, greater resilience, and a life that feels more aligned with their values.
