Montana Thorner

Licensed Professional Counselor

Montana Thorner is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a warm, client-centered approach grounded in talk therapy. She values authenticity and work to support confidence, insight, and meaningful personal growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University.

Andrea Gore

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Andrea Gore, LCSW, CADC-II, brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Trained in EMDR, she uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach to provide a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel supported and empowered to create lasting change.

Brian Hanni

Licensed Professional Counselor

Brian Hanni believes each person’s life experiences shape a unique and valuable identity. He uses motivational interviewing, existential perspectives, and cognitive behavioral interventions to help clients rediscover their worth and deepen self-understanding. For those affected by trauma, Brian incorporates EMDR to support healing and new perspectives. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Multnomah University, where he focused on human development, trauma recovery, and spiritual integration.

Mary Miles

Licensed Professional Counselor

With more than 45 years of experience, Mary Miles brings deep expertise and compassion to her work with individuals, couples, and families. Her eclectic, family-systems approach draws from CBT, ERP, I-CBT, psychoeducation, motivational enhancement, reality therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities. Mary focuses on how past experiences and family dynamics shape the present, helping clients gain awareness, make choices, and take meaningful action toward lasting change.

Jared Dominguez

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Jared is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon who works with individuals and couples through virtual sessions. With a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, he uses a person-centered, emotion-focused approach and integrates modalities such as ACT, Gottman therapy, and sex therapy to help clients build coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and find greater balance in their lives.

Sarah Miller

Licensed Professional Counselor

Sarah Miller serves clients 18+ with a focus on those who are suffering from depression, anxiety and stress. She believes in building a trusting relationship and embracing each client's individual strengths and worldview. Sarah has a deep respect for diversity of culture, life experiences, and spirituality. Her goal is to help clients embrace their own values and provide a kind and accepting space for healing.

Matthew Preuitt

Licensed Professional Counselor

Matthew Preuitt, MA, LPC brings more than five years of clinical experience and a background in social services to his work at BrightSpire Health. He specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a compassionate and collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
