Job Responsibilities:

Provide high quality, evidenced based mental health care in accordance with accepted professional practice standards.

Direct screening, diagnosis and formulation/implementation of treatment plans for an array of DSM-5 diagnoses for individuals, couples, families and groups.

Complete timely documentation in accordance with the OARs in a provided electronic health record.

Provide care coordination, referrals when needed, timely telephone contact with clients, their families, primary care physicians and other outside organizations.

Looking for clinicians to provide supervision to unlicensed providers but not required.

Clinicians with experience in working with diverse populations to meet our community needs is a plus. ​
Qualifications:​

Relevant clinical experience

Master's level degree or higher required

Active Oregon License with no restrictions

National Provider Identifier required at hire

CAQH profile which we will help create and maintain
