Sarah Miller, LPC
(Ages 18+) Gladstone Office

Hello! I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or relationship challenges. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm genuine, approachable, and truly care about their well-being, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment.
I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual because no two people have the same experiences or needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. I enjoy helping clients develop practical tools they can continue using long after therapy ends.
I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand your experiences, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and move toward the life you want to live. At my core, I believe people are capable of growth and change. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful.
