Patricio Harkness, LPC

My name is Patricio Harkness and I use he/him/él/lo pronouns.

I have a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology and a Master of Sciences degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the state of Oregon and have been working in the field since 2015.

I operate from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness approaches. I help clients achieve their goals by identifying old habits that hinder their progress and teaching them new ones. Issues such as poor self-worth, communication skills, anger management, drug and alcohol addiction, and trauma disorders are among the situations with which I have worked.

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and spending quality time with my pets and family. I was born and raised in Florida and moved to Oregon in 2020. I can provide services in both English and Spanish.
