Montana Thorner, LPC
(Ages: 12-40) Gladstone Office

Hello! My name is Montana Thorner!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who strives to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is client-cneteered and rooted in talk therapy, drawing from CBT and DBT practices to help you explore patterns, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build more compassionate ways of thinking. I values authenticity and believe that growing confidence and self-love can create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to validate your experiences, while also encouraging growth, insight, and new possibilities.
As for my educational background, I received my Bachelor's of Science. In Psychology for the University or Oregon and my Master's in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University.
When I'm not in therapist mode, you can find me cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, playing Pokemon, and sipping on a crisp-fountain Dr. Pepper like it's a personality trait. I believe therapy can be meaningful AND human; a little humor never hurts!
