Melanie Mamola, PCA
(Ages: 18+) NE Portland Office *ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*

I am a person-centered, trauma informed therapist who works with anxiety, low self-esteem, and personal growth. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), expressive arts therapy, and somatic techniques. I work to create a safe space for people to experiment, learn about themselves, and develop trust in themselves and others.
I believe self-exploration is key to recognizing, understanding, and transforming old patterns of behavior that are no longer helpful. Change of any sort requires courage, and I am here to support you as you develop skills that perhaps you were never taught. Through creative process, talk therapy, skill building, and thoughtful reflection, we work together to help you create a more fulfilling, authentic, and joyful life.
I am neurodivergent affirming, queer allied, and sex-worker positive. I value kindness, community, presence, and diversity.
You have the strength to meet this moment. You are meant to do more than survive. If you are struggling right now, I invite you to reach out. I would love to meet you.
