Navigating mental health challenges can feel overwhelming—I'm glad you've taken this meaningful step by seeking support!
My background consists of clinical and social justice advocacy work across diverse settings, which has given me the skills to offer comprehensive care that addresses both immediate concerns and the broader social factors that impact wellbeing.
My specialties include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of trauma, and those facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, faith transitions, grief, relationship difficulties, and food and body image concerns. I'm experienced in providing gender-affirming care, supporting clients in building self-compassion, navigating ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, identity development, and releasing patterns of guilt and shame. I also offer WPATH letters for individuals seeking gender-affirming surgeries and healthcare.
My therapeutic approach combines storytelling techniques, person-centered methods, and liberation-based interventions, all grounded in an understanding of how trauma affects us. In sessions designed around your unique needs, I'll help you recognize your strengths, explore your experiences, and work toward growth that deepens your self-understanding and creates changes that align with your values.
When I'm not working, I'm enjoying time with loved ones, hiking, crafting, and attending to the demands of my 17-year-old cat Kiki, the undisputed queen of the household.
