I believe that while we often experience our deepest hurts in relationships, it is also through relationships that we find our greatest healing. As an Associate Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Multnomah University, my goal is to create a shared space where your nervous system can truly settle, grounded in empathy and curiosity.

Using the lens of relational neuroscience, we will explore how your early experiences have shaped your brain and body. My work is dedicated to helping you uncover the patterns of anxiety or disconnection held within your system, allowing us to develop practical tools that honor and balance your nervous system, bringing it back into balance.

Having grown up in Honduras, I am also passionate about navigating multicultural dynamics and honoring the unique identity you carry. I am honored to offer my services in both English and Spanish, ensuring we can explore your story in the language that feels most like home.

My areas of proficiency include anxiety, depression, grief, borderline, PTSD, trauma, substance use, religious trauma.

CHOOSE YOU.
