Daniel Chenoweth, PsyD
-NE Portland Office/Beaverton

I specialize in individual therapy, which focuses on anxiety, depression, and trauma. My work typically centers around assisting the client to enhance their own awareness capabilities, processing traumatic experiences, exploring core beliefs derived from these experiences, and collaboratively working to undo false narratives that have created the anxiety and mood symptoms, bringing them into treatment.
My clinical style is both client-centered and collaborative. However, my approach overall is integrative, and I strive to meet the client using the therapeutic language that will best assist them. Interventions I use can be found within the humanistic, existential, CBT, brief psychodynamic, schema, and narrative theories.
