Caeleigh Iverson, PCA

Hi, I'm Caeleigh (she/her)! Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you've been doing this work for years, I'm excited to help you create a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self.

I graduated from Multnomah University in 2022 with a Master's degree in Counseling. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and story, and my commitment is to aid you in managing your own experience of wellness. I view counseling as a collaborative effort, where I help you to recognize strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, set personal development goals, and make informed choices as you work toward health and healing. I have experience working with clients as they navigate grief, mortality anxiety, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy techniques.

As a biracial (White/Diné) woman, I'm passionate about providing a culturally-informed approach that honors your values. In my free time, I enjoy both video games and tabletop games, spending time with my family, and immersing myself in stories of all kinds.

CHOOSE YOU.
