Arielle Maverick, CSWA
(18+) Beaverton Office

I work with people who want a space that feels supportive, affirming, and real. My approach is collaborative and straightforward, and I aim to create an environment where you can show up as you are - whether you’re navigating identity, grief, trauma, marginalization, or major life transitions. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is person-centered and psychodynamic, primarily integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to help you better understand your inner world and how your experiences live in your body.
I support clients working through anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, gender and sexuality exploration, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and stress. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and without judgment.
By noticing and working with these patterns as they arise in the therapeutic space, we open the door to greater self-awareness and healing. If you're processing trauma, navigating identity, or simply seeking greater clarity and ease in your life, I will walk with you as we make sense of your story together.
