Philosophy and Approach: I believe that therapy is meant to be collaborative with a therapist, that as
your therapist, I am helping you guide through life challenges, experiences, memories to help you get to
where you want to be. I am committed to helping you identify patterns and challenges that you are
currently experiencing through life and allowing space for you to grow. I am committed to creating a safe
environment that allows for growth, challenges, and new experiences.
Areas of Specialization: I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, and LGBTQ+ experiences. I enjoy
working with adults 18+.
Formal Education: I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University in
2025.
Types of Therapy I practice: CBT, DBT, ACT, E/RP (Exposure and Response Prevention), Person
entered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Strengths Based
As a Licensee of the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, I abide by its
Code of Ethics. As I am an associate, to maintain my license, I am required to participate in clinical
supervision, record hours to the board, and complete the National Counselor’s Exam in order to complete
my license in the state of Oregon. I am under the supervision of Jennifer Pitt, LMFT.
